The building resembles a warehouse, not very inviting!!! A bit of finishing touch is needed. some areas feel incomplete. Cows blocking the road can be cute, but it's inconvenient when you're in a hurry!!!

I had a wonderful stay at Dalssel Farm Guesthouse. The location was perfect for visiting nearby waterfalls, and the host, Andres, was exceptionally friendly, providing helpful travel tips and making sure I felt at home throughout my visit.

Fantastic hosts and cozy environment

Andres and his son made our stay really special, going above and beyond to help us with laundry and meals after our long travels. The cozy common area promoted great conversations with other guests, and we loved the no shoes rule that kept everything clean. The location is excellent for exploring nearby waterfalls, and we were grateful for the insider tips on hidden gems in the area.

dalssel farm guesthouse is a lovely spot close to the ferry where we saw puffins. the twin room with bath was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped, making it easy to cook our own meals. beds were super comfy and the design inside felt really inviting, much better than the exterior suggests. we loved our stay!

The cozy twin room provided a perfect retreat during our one-night stay. Waking up to freshly baked croissants added a delightful touch to breakfast. The surrounding views were stunning, complemented by the friendly host who was genuinely helpful and prepared a great coffee for us in the morning. While the overall experience was satisfying, the layout of the bathroom made it a bit challenging for my family, especially the kids.

Strong match for a trip in Holmabaeir with good price value. The open kitchen was handy for making late-night snacks. Look out for how the showers can make the floor slick if not careful.

Had a great time with my friends! Clean, spacious rooms and the kitchen was super handy for meals. We visited the volcano and the nearby waterfalls, both spectacular. The owner was friendly, even shared stories about Icelandic horses. Highly recommend for a fun group stay!
